No translation for "Create DNS-MX" and "Traffic MB"

Today i did some small modifications to the Dutch language files for ISPConfig2. I noticed that there are two text-strings within the ISPConfig manager on the basis tab of the site available, which can't be translated. These text strings are: "Create DNS-MX" and "Traffic MB".

Note:
It does not matter which language you chose under Tools>change language.
This means they are not translated within any language.

What is the reason for no translation and if i want, how can i do it?
