ISPConfig 3 Beta Themer

When will theming of the ISPConfig 3 Beta come into account? I'd love to start creating new themes that the rest of the community can download and use for their ISPConfig installs. I plan on creating a new one in the next two weeks. I will host it on my server and I want to try and release a new one every month or less if that's okay.

Is it possible for ISPConfig 3 Beta to get some type of theme script. The script would allow the user to upload his or her theme and then retheme the whole ISPconfig website all from the comfort of their ISPConfig interface. And there should also be an option for the client of the ISPConfig owner to upload his or her own theme for his or her websites if the ISPConfig owner allows them to do it.
