I have noticed one thing.
If you enable Mailsacn from your email settings and after that you start sending files like *.doc or *.xls or receiving. Trashcan or some component will change it to other form and when you try to open it it the file is unknown. So you have to choose a program what you wanna use for opening that file.
Have anyone else noticed that? And what can be do?

It's not in trashscan, it's in mailscan. If you disable Mailscan for a user in the ISPConfig web interface, then extensions like .xls or .doc won't be renamed anymore.
Mailscan renames them because these files can contain malicious code, and users should only open them if they are sure that the attached files are clean.

You can edit the mailscan script or put some variables in the .procmailrc file. The Master template of this script is:
/root/ispconfig/isp/conf/html-trap.rc.master
There is a description at the beginning of the script.
