Etch/Apache2/GeoIP Howto Request

I would love to see a version of "Installing mod_geoip For Lighttpd On Debian Etch" with Apache2/Etch

I have just exactly that project on my "todo" list, but I haven't a clue as to how to get it done!

Anyone can to take a stab at it?
