Virtual Users/Domains Postfix/MySQL... for Etch?

I used and loved Virtual Users And Domains With Postfix, Courier And MySQL (+ SMTP-AUTH, Quota, SpamAssassin, ClamAV) for Debian Sarge.

Is there a similar Howto for Etch? My server died and I've got a new box and want to upgrade to Etch and really want that same setup.

I can see a few independent Howto's for Etch but they don't seem to include everything (e.g. ClamAV). I'd rather not go thru trial and error for some of the setup for those things.
