How to make boot disk

I'm sorry. Its a stupid question, but my mind is a blank. I just downloaded the new Ubuntu 8.04 iso file. What do I do now? I have the Nero 7 Essentials that came with my burners. I did this once before last year. Now i can't remember.

I've searched and have found something about ISOBuster. Most of my searches says to use a bootable floppy. I don't have a floppy drive. Something on Nero's web site mentions a bootable floppy file ??
And I swear the Ubuntu web site had it last year, but now I can't find it.

Please point me in the right direction.

You need to choose "Burn image to CD" (or similar) in Nero. Afterwards, you can boot from that CD. Please don't burn a data CD as you can't boot from it.
