FTP Server Crash

Still having problems with my ftp server grr! Twice this week its randomly crashed!

Ive checked in /var/log/proftpd/proftpd.log and theres no mention of the server shutting down so where do i look next to trouble shoot this fault?

Have a look in the syslog or messages log too.

Just had a look and there was nothing related to proftpd :s hmm, will wait till next time and check the logs again
