In step 7 ("Encrypting RSA private key of CA with a pass phrase for security [ca.key]")and step 8 ("Encrypting RSA private key of SERVER with a pass phrase for security [server.key]") of the certificate creation process you are asked if you want to encrypt the respective key now. Choose n there because otherwise you will always be asked for a password whenever you want to restart the ISPConfig system which means it cannot be restarted without human interaction!

Install ISPConfig smooth, but leave the option in step 7. I wanted to know how to turn it off so rises only ISPConfig.
As you can change this option? After having installed the ISPConfig

Sorry my english, i use google traductor

If you need to remove the pass phrase their are 2 methods you can use. First you could recreate (http://www.howtoforge.com/faq/14_63_en.html) your ssl cert by following this just remeber this time to say NO in step 7 and 8. Or you can remove the pass phrase from your ssl cert if you dont want to make new one by following this (http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/showpost.php?p=116443&postcount=2).
