Hello,
I am very new to ubuntu 7.10 I can work the terminal very well and I use ubuntu, but not ubuntu server, I am taking the "The Perfect Server - Ubuntu Gutsy Gibbon (Ubuntu 7.10)" and I was wondering how would I go about setting up ISPConfig with a dynamic ip, with no-ip.com, and a mail server with no-ip.com/ISPConfig/Dynamic Ip, Please give me some step-by-step answers.

See
http://linux.softpedia.com/get/Internet/DNS/DynDNS-6873.shtml

What that does is it will track IP address changes and associate a host name to the randomly changing ip address you get via DHCP from your ISP.

That will get a pointer to your server, the next step is to get ISPconfig to assign a host to the changing IP on your external adapter. The problem is that ISPConfig may need a fixed IP depending upon how multiple IP settings are stored. Once that IP changes all of your settings will drop out. For this reason there should probably be a "all available ip" address setting in IPConfig which there is not, yet that I see.
