If I have installed a system using the perfect setup guide for suse 10 and also installing ISPConfig as per setup guides which uses postfix.
If I wanted to use cgi scripts that use sendmail does the default setup allow this to work... or will I need to configure sendmail....
Thanks

Postfix is OK. Postfix installs a binray called sendmail to allow CGI scripts to send their email trough this sendmail wrapper.
