Hi,
I've now received 3 emails informing me of new PM's having been sent to me, that were not there when I went to view them. I tried to find the usernames shown in the email but they weren't registered in the members list either.
On 8 Nov 2007, I was notified that "Pixie" had sent me a PM.
On 2 Mar 2008, I was notified that "Pixie" had sent me a PM.
On 5 Apr 2008, I was notified that "lollergirl" had sent me a PM.
In each case, the url in the email took me to the HowtoForge PM area.
I thought I should report the issue for the Admin's consideration.
