If you use the RBL relay.ordb.org within your /etc/postfix/main.cf file, please do remove it, because this RBL is not used anymore.

If you don't remove it, incoming mail will be bounced back to the sender containing the following message:

Service unavailable; Client host [IP-address] blocked using
relays.ordb.org; ordb.org has shut down. Please remove from your
mailserver. (in reply to RCPT TO command)

After modifying your main.cf file, don't forget to restart postfix with:
/etc/init.d/postfix restart

If using Microsoft Exchange 2003, it comes preconfigured to use the now defunct ORDB blacklist service. To remove it from the list of filters, open the Exchange System Manager (Start – Programs – Microsoft Exchange – System Manager), open the Global Settings folder, right-click the Message Delivery section and select Properties. In the Message Delivery Properties dialog, select the Connection Filtering tab, highlight the entry for “relays.ordb.org”, and click the Remove button. Apply and OK back out of everything.
