I just came across the website of a company called ISPware. They seem to plan a product with a name thats quite familiar to me...

This software is in no way related to "our" ISPConfig. Our ISPConfig will stay free. :)

Thats what I thought. However you might want to clarify trademark issues in advance... ;-)
