Error while loading shared libraries: libcom_err.so.3: cannot open shared Object File

Hi,
I am installing a perl library (ICS library)
But this error while running the scripts:
error while loading shared libraries: libcom_err.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

can anyone explain me such errors?

I have searched net for this error, i think its general error specially found with SSH. I dont know but i have founf this error mmostly with ssh

i guess nobody knows about "libcom_err.so.3" ????????

Can anyone help to download this file for Red Hat Enterprise Edition 4.0

and it should be for "i686" architecture and lib version should be 1.3.4-9
Like this:-
krb5-libs-1.3.4-9.i586.rpm

But i am not able to get this file for download

Can any one help me to this find ??

Try searching for libcom_err.so.3 and krb5-libs on http://rpm.pbone.net
Search for RHEL and CentOS 4. The CentOS 4 packages should work on RHEL 4 without problems.
