proftpd.conf empty?

Hello,
i have got problem with proftpd, i installed it with line apt-get install proftpd ucf
Then i wanted to modify file proftpd.conf as your tutorial says (http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect_setup_ubuntu_6.06_p6) with line vi /etc/proftpd.conf
but the file is empt... :confused:
I dunno why, pls. help

Please try /etc/proftpd/proftpd.conf. I think the Ubuntu maintainers have changed the path...
