Ubuntu "the perfect setup with RAID 1"

I consider to make the perfect setup according URL:

I have a server with 2 XEON's and 2 SATA drives.

I have received the two original CD's from UBUNTU:
an 32 bit version and also an 64 bit version.

Can i use the 64 bit version to make "The perfect setup" for use with ISPConfig as mentioned above or is it only wise to use the 32 bit version CD?

Any advise is welcome!

Really, i dont know it :( I've written the howto on a 32bit system. You can only try it (and report if it works :)
