Perfect Install Video Sharing Server

Hello, i've been surfing the web and i hadn't find anything like a perfect install of a video sharing server...

Do you know any? Which is best? CentOs? Ubuntu? (Wich linux distributions should we use?)

I'm new to the linux world, any guidance will be much help! I've just been doing some test with the Ubuntu 7.1 server for AMD64 distribution... and am planning on doing a videotutorial for free in retribution to this forum, once i understand the hole process..

If there is already a how to on setting up a video sharing server please let me know!
