The Perfect Setup - OpenSuSE 10.2 with pop3s

Hi I installed OpenSuSe 10.2 the perfect Setup without ISPconfig.
It is working fine but I would like my clientes connect to the server using pop3s How can I do this ??

You must open port 995 in the firewall.

I already done that but on the cliente (Thunderbird) what do I have to activate?

I don't know how this option is named in Thunderbird... POP3s? Secure POP? Secure Connection? ...

It's named something like "This server requires a secure connection(SSL)".
