VMWare MUI User Management

Hi there!
Thanks a lot for the great VMWare HowTo.
It works fine. Now I have only one question.
If I have 10 VMWare running on my Server. Each of these for one user. How can I make that every user can log in the Webinterface and only see his Virtual Machine? That he can only reboot / start / shutdown his machine? And don`t see the Server properties?
Any one an Idea?

I think that it works if I make the right chown and chmod to the vmwares, but I dont now witch chown and chmod I have to configure, and on witch files?

You can see in VMware where your vms are stored.
