which distro would Netdisco work best on?

I would really like to have the mac address lookup features that netdisco offers. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions in regards to which linux distro it might work best on, or which one would be the easiest to install it on. Thanks in advance.

The installation instructions ( http://netdisco.org/install.html#install ) seem to be a little bit complicated. You have to install from the sources, so there's no preferred Linux distribution.
You should use the distribution that you're most familiar with.
