Webhosting without domein

Hi there

Im sure it bin discussed before but im allready searching the forum for 3 days and can seem to find it.
Mt question is it possible to add users cq websites for user who do not have a own domein basicly a homepage system so they will use my main domein example home.djunity.nl/~username and that will point to that users web

Yes ISPconfig can do that.

Create a normal user for domain home.djunity.nl , in ISPconfig (ISPmanager > Sites > home.djunity.nl > User & Email (do not make him admin!) Lets say his Username is web27_pietje
Now his homepage is home.djunity.nl/~web27_pietje/

web27_pietje will have his own FTP directory.

Im only getting a error 403 however i have checkt the permissions the dir /web is set to 777 and the index.html is also set on 777 ??
Is it also possible that those users can administer there own account and login the the client section off isp so they can go to the webftp ?

Yes, they can use Web-FTP.
