Postfix is unable to send mail to one domain. Mail to any other domain is delivered without issue.
Here's the error:
2D444C98266: to=<gi.joe@us.army.mil>, relay=none, delay=203441, delays=203350/90/0/0, dsn=4.4.1, status=deferred (delivery temporarily suspended: connect to mx.ps1.us.army.mil[143.69.251.34]: Connection timed out)
These are emails sent through vBulletin to the registered member's US Army mailbox. Is the Army blocking me or do I have a misconfiguration in Postfix or vBulletin?
