apache and virtual hosts stored in postgresql

i am trying to get all my virtual hosts conf data stored in postgresql, is this possible, and with what module? i have looked into mod_vhs, but can it do postgresql as well as mysql?

I haven't heard of an Apache module yet that allows to store vhosts in a PostgreSQL database.
