I recently created a updated html-trap master and put it within the customized_templates folder. The problem I am having is that ispconfig will continue to use the
/root/ispconfig/isp/conf/html-trap.rc.master
instead of my new template in
/root/ispconfig/isp/conf/customized_templates/html-trap.rc.master
I copied the new file to the conf dir and all is well. but before now on my other template masters I have just placed the new file in customized_templates and all was good. is there something amiss here?

debian etch & ispconfig 2.2.18

The templates are used to create new files when a user is created or updated. If you just change a template, it will not affect existing users.

yes I understand that as I updated the users several times and the .html-trap.rc was rewrote @ every update but still using standard template from conf dir html-trap.rc.master.
I was just wondering why this template was different as to a few others I put in the customized_templates folder this template wasnt being used. I had to copy it to the conf dir to get it to work.
