View Full Version : How do I add mysql to the NFS heartbeat setup?

I've completed the NFS HA how-to (NFS using Heartbeat with DRBD), and would like to add mysql to this setup so that if NFS1 goes down (which is also hosting a mysql server) that NFS2 would take over, with all clients using the virtual IP for NFS and mysql. Is there an easy way to do this?
Thanks.

I'd suggest you set up MySQL Master-Master replication: http://www.howtoforge.com/mysql5_master_master_replication_debian_etch
