how can i install xmms plugin Crystality 0.92 in ubuntu 7.10?

hi

how can i install xmms plugin Crystality 0.92 in ubuntu 7.10? this seems to be one of the best sound dsp plugins but i dont no how to install it. i tryed to download a rpm package but when try to open it it says its not capble off opening it, and i cant extract it.
