How to Get Application, Places, System back from Feisty menu panel

Hi,

I have by mistake after right-clicking on the feisty menu panel under Application, select remove from the panel. Now i cannot get Application. Places and System back . Any clue?

Right-click on an empty area on the panel and select Add to Panel. Then select the item you want to add (e.g. Menu bar).
