I am playing around on a new ISPConfig installation on Fedora Core 4 with FrontPage extensions installed. I created a new client with a new site. I was playing around with using FrontPage to access the site, and I decided at one point to just blow the site away and start over. I removed the site and the client in ISPConfig. However, the site still exists in the /var/www/ directory, and ISPConfig will not let me re-create the client and site because they already exist. I think I need a manual process for removing all traces of a client and a site. Thank you.

You dont need a manual process to remove it.

The site and client are in the recycle bin. You will have to empty the recycle bin to remove it completely.
