Dear All ,
I am using now ispconfig and i see it is the best system on that field

How ever
I want answers about :

1- Where i will put phpmyadmin and web mail
2- i create user and site and i put php test file on web folder which is under web1 folder
but php not working , how i can make it work , and where to put the file

You install the phpmyadmin and webmail package from www.ispconfig.org using the Update Manager under Management -> Update -> Update Manager.

After you've installed both, you'll find links to them under Tools.

2- i create user and site and i put php test file on web folder which is under web1 folder

Did you enable PHP for that web site?

i extract them and put the folder phpmyadmin and webmail under ispconfig folder ?

Yes, that's wrong. Delete theses folders and read the links I've posted above.
