How to Uninstall Fedora 7..

Hi.
I recently installed the Fedora 7, but i found that it was quite hard for me to install some software that i want... I cant download software, cause i have no internet connection at home.

I try to boot from Win XP cd, but it shows that ... inspecting ... whatever.. then a whole black screen just appeared..

So is there any one can tell me how to uninstall Fedora 7, that then able for me to install Win XP?
