Need Help with Linux

HI

I am new to Linux and having few problem...I hope some one could help me!

1. I want to setup virtual hosts but i don't have a registered Domain Name. I am want to use the no-ip name. Is it possible and how to?

2. the webalizer seems to not working..when i tried '/etc/init.d/cron status' it tells me 'No such file or directory'

4. i cannot access my phpMyAdmin also

I followed the howto setup a perfect server for fedora 7 and installed most of the programs except the ISPConfig.

Any help is greately appreciated

1) Yes.

If you are new to linux, I recommend to install ISPConfig as ISPConfig gives you a interface to create the website for your noIP name and configures webalizer automatically. Also phpmyadmin can be installed trough ISPConfig with a few clicks.
