Do you have a rescue system/rescue CD that you can use to analyze the problem and maybe repair the system?

I don't have nothing. Would it help upgrading Fedora to latest version?

Maybe the hard drive is full, or some other problem. You can check that with a rescue system/rescue CD.

Hard drive was like 90% empty, i used just a couple of GB of 160gb disk capacity.. Now i can get into server through shell. It just started to work (shell) but situation at server is still the same. Can i do anything with shell?

Take a look at the logs in /var/log/ to find out what happened.

There's nothing suspicious in it.. I guess i'll just try o update Fedora and the see what to do next.
