Email forward limit

How can I limit email forward option per user? I dont want any user to make more than 1 forward.

There is currently no option to limit the number of email forwards. The only solution that I see is that you try to program a limit in the file /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/lib/classes/ispconfig_isp_user.lib.php in the function user_update.
