here is the situation .
i have a dns server registed it is jmugs981.org . and i set up it in ispconfig so now ispconfig can create dns records ,and they are effective.

so if a user like to use my subdomian . it is normally . i understood.

but if a user who has a domain name ,such as www.example.com(which means that he has the other name server ,it will support the dns query , and he do add ,del ,edit a record or cname or .... in that server )

i crate a email user for example web5_user2 and passwd password
can the user use the mail user2@example.com ?

when i create the website . should i enable the create dns and the dns-mx ?

Yes beacuse ISPCOnfig adds automatically a Co-Domain example.com to the site www.example.com

You can enable this and let ISPCOnfig create the DNS records for you or you create the DNS records manually in DNS manager
