If you want virtual users, you can try this one (although it's for FC5): http://www.howtoforge.com/fedora_virtual_postfix_mysql_quota_courier

If you want system users, do this: http://www.howtoforge.com/perfect_server_fedora7_p5 (chapter 11). You can then create mail accounts on the shell like this: http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2 or you install a control panel like ISPConfig where you can do this from a web browser. :)
