how do i save ?

reading ubuntu 6 server setup instructions.
i'm a newbie.

after i enter,

address 192.168.0.100 netmask 255.255.255.0 network
192.168.0.0 broadcast 192.168.0.255 gateway
192.168.0.1

how do
i save it? i read you have to put :wq

but i don't know where.

and hit enter and it wrote
