quota.txt file for postfix virtual user setup cannot be found

Hi all,

I was following the setup for the postfix virtual user howto and on page 5, when the quota exceeded notifications file quota.txt, wget could not get it. If there is anyone who has a copy or if there is a new link, please update me.
