port scanner

There is a tool in the control panel that I would not like the users to have access to this tool is the port scanner how do I limit access or remove this tool.

The tool is only available for the admin. Have you tried to login as user?

I have and the tool shows up under tools but does not work I wanted to know if I could remove it. It does work for the admin.
