I use sendmail and it goes to Bulk in yahoo. And I notice the different between my email and others. I found that on header of my e-mail it said X-ClientAddr: 127.0.0.1. How can I change this value to my Public IP address?

* I already setup 1 IP for this server

I don't think that the client's IP address is a problem.
Do you have an SPF record for your domain? Did you check if your server got blacklisted? http://www.mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx
