Juddling

When I try and send emails through windows mail i get this error:

The rejected e-mail address was 'juddling@hotmail.co.uk'. Subject '', Account: 'Juddling', Server: 'assassinators.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '554 5.7.1 <82-34-16-210.cable.ubr03.basi.blueyonder.co.uk[82.34.16.210]>: Client host rejected: Access denied', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 554, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

I have the my server requires authentication checked and my account is using the right username and password. Below is my postfix configuration:
