NVIDIA 520 MCP Drivers

Hi:

1. The VIdeo card NVIDIA 520 MCP (256 megs) CD comes with drivers for SUSE, Fedora and Redhat but not for Ubuntu, Where do I get them?

2. Automatix showed failure to install for the Nvidia driver and 10 other software at the same time. ?
