Hi
I searched the foruns but i could not find an answer for my problem!

Users cant upload/delete/change file attributes via ftp. They have access with the created user name in Ispconfig and with ftp/administrator/shell enabled.

attached is the file conf_files.zip with /etc/passwd, /etc/proftpd.conf, /etc/proftpd_ispconfig.conf

One more thing.... ftp the connections are too slow!!!!
Thanks

Update... In Ispconfig Web-Ftp i get this error when trying to upload... FTP: Failed to write Array/.htaccess

I really need you help guys...

Thanks Falko for trying to help me.

My Proftpd configuration, is just like in that link because i followed you perfect setup for Debian 4.0.

Now, i used Winscp to tranfer the webpages to the server, using the root user... could that be the cause for the problems? Doing that mess up with Ispconfig users permissions? if so how can i restore the permissions for those users?

Thanks

Yes, that could be a problem. Delete the files and upload them with FTP (using the correct user) again.
