Hi all,

I do have a problem since some visitors cannot access my website via www prefix. However, some of them also could access via domain.com (without www). Last 5 days ago, i had removed domain.com from old server into this new server, but until now still some members couldn't access my website via www, weirdly it shows the Apache 2 Test page which located in /var/www/html not suppose to show in /var/www/web100/web

I have successfully setup Perfect Setup Centos 4.4 with latest ISpconfig 2.2.14 into my server. I have 3 static IPs (111.111.111.111, 222.222.222.222, 333.333.333.333).

I'm using 111.111.111.111 as ns1.domain.com & 222.222.222.222 ns2.domain.com

Here are some details for your info :-

In ISPconfig, 'records' on DNS ENTRY of domain.com
485
486

Anyone could help me through this?

Thanks very much for your kind help.

Please make sure that you have entered "www" in the hostname field of the website in ISP-manager and that you have additionally a co-domain in this website where the hostname field is empty.

Hi,

Currently here is the configuration in my ISP site

In ISP Site
491

In ISP domain
489

1) So i need to add 'www' in the Hostname right?
2) Do i need to tick 'Create DNS' and 'Create DNS MX'? I had ticked them on the 'Basis' of ISP Site (see below)
490

Thanks very much for your kind helpful information.

Ok i had put "www" in the hostname, right away after save the form, now i got "shared IP" page on the domain.com.

This IP address is shared. For access to the web site which you look for, enter its address instead of its IP.

For questions or problems please contact the server administrator.

Anyone could help me fix this? I'm really appreciate. Thanks

Ok, thats good. So everything is configured correctly, you just used the wrong IP address. If your server is behind a router, you must use the internal IP address. The IP address that you select for the website must match the IP where you forwarded port 80 too, this IP is not identical with the IP used in DNS if you are behind a router.
