Lock reseller account and webs

One of my reseller don't won't to pay and so i want to lock his account and all the webs.

Does anybody know a simple solution / workaround to do this?

In the first step a lock of all webs will need ...

Move his web sites to the recycle bin (but back them up before in case something goes wrong). If he decides to pay then, you can restore them.

Might be nice to have a "suspend" for clients and resellers that effectively does this, but isn't trashed when you forget and empty the recycle bin (OUCH!) :) Maybe another 3.0 feature?
