Is there a way to customize the welcome message after you login? . . .

This makes part of the English language file for the ISP Manager.
You can change that text within the language file /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/web/isp_manager/lib/lang/en.lng

Do I have to restart it afterwards? It's still coming up with the old message.

A restart of ISPConfig is not necessary.

Is there a third place? the new message shows up when I log in, but I get the old message when I click "tools."

The language file for the tools module is:

/home/admispconfig/ispconfig/web/tools/lib/lang/en.lng

I think it's written twice in that file. I changed it both times, and it worked. Thanks.
