Forwardings issue: Virtual Hosting With Proftpd And MySQL

Hi.

My system was set up according to this tutorial and everything is working fine, except for the forwardings.

if I want an email directed to X@y.com, should there be a y.com domain defined in the domains table?

In any case - if I define y.com and send an email to x@y.com (which in turn should be redirected to someone@somewhereelse.com i get - unknown user error.

What am I doing wrong?

I guess you mean Postfix, not Proftpd... ;)

Only if you host y.com on that server.
