ProFTPD Changes

I have realized that anytime a new email address is created in ISPConfig, they are also given FTP privlages as well. How do i change this so only the "administrator" on that domain has the FTP privlages? I cant have every Tom, Dick and Harry with an email address being able to FTP.

The normal users have only read/write access to their OWN directories.
I do not see why this is a problem and you can not change that with ISPConfig.

This feature has been added to the ISPConfig dev branch and will be available for the stable versions later too.
