Installation Error !!! Please help

When i install i get this error

Please enter the domain (e.g. xyz.de):mydomain.co.za
The URL is not reachable!

Can anyone help??

Enter the IP of the server. When asked for the "Hostname", leave it empty.
You can change it later in ISPconfig itself
