Download to Client (Outlook Exp) etc using client subdomain

Hello,

I can download to my client email programs if i use the server as the incomming name

server.domain.com

this downloads the emails no problem, if I use the clients domain it does not work.

mail.someclient.com - fails.

I tried setting up appropriate mail records with the current one being.

mail.someclient.com - dns reports its ok.

I can get the mail through webmail as well.

Please make sure that mail.someclient.com is a DNS A-Record that points to the IP of your server. It may take up to 48 hours until changes in DNS take affect.

Hello it manage to resolve by creating a codomain and the dns is now propogated through the system.
