How to Update Firefox?

I download new firefox version 2.0.0.3 and extract it.
How can now the oldest version update to this new version?

Which distribution do you use?
Normally Firefox downloads and installs the latest updates itself, you no action from you is required.

Falko is right. It will automatically updates your firefox when you type this command;

yum update

thats it, voila. A new and fresh update of firefox. Don't worry about the new version, ok...

Open your Firefox 2.0.0.3, than go to Help button, than click to Check for Updates. That's all.
